Finn has been rolling over for a few weeks but I finally caught it on video!!

12 Weeks Old!

As of last Saturday Finn is officially 12 weeks old! It is amazing how fast those 12 weeks have flown by!! I have now been back to work for two weeks and that has actually been going very well. A lot better than I thought. Although, that could be because it has only been two weeks! :) My mornings typically start around 4:30 am or earlier depending on if Finn decides he needs to get up before my alarm clock but fortunately he has a WONDERFUL Daddy who helps out!! Finn has also been adjusting very well to his new lifestyle. He has made wonderful friends at his daycare and wants to talk on the phone with them every night. Just kidding, but I am sure that day will come sooner than later! ha ha :) Well, it has been a little while since my last posting so I have added a few pictures and videos. I hope you all enjoy them, we sure do!!

Bitter Sweet Weekend

Hello! Well, this was my last weekend before my return to work. On one hand I am ready to go back and have a normal routine as well as not have access to food 24 hours a day! However, on the other hand, I am not ready to leave Finn. I have been going around the house tonight getting everything ready for tomorrow as well as driving Zach crazy I am sure. He was good though and just stayed out of my way and just kept his mouth shut. Once I did ask him if I am being a little over the top and he just politely nodded his head with a yes and said I was just fine. Good answer! It is an odd feeling of closure on this chapter of my life but I can't wait to see what is in store next! Finn is becoming more and more animated as well as moving more every day!!! I can't wait to see what he will be doing next!

Also this past weekend, we spent our Saturday at the Smith Family Christmas. Here are just a few pictures of Finn that we had taken.

There is nothing like the first Christmas with a new baby! We had so much fun opening presents with toys in them again! It is like reliving your childhood!! Finn received so many wonderful gifts and we had so much fun getting so spend time with family again!

Here are all the new babies born in October with their Great Grandma Gingerich. From the left: Finnigan David (Oct. 25, 7lbs 9oz and 21 in), Cali Rene (Oct. 29, 7lbs 9oz and 21.5 in), and Landon Jay (Oct. 2, 8lbs 8.8oz and 21 inc)

Again here are the new October babies with their Grandpas and Great Grandma Gingerich. If you can't tell which is which, Landon is on the left, Cali in the middle and Finn on the right.

Thanksgiving was the first time we were able to introduce Finn to the rest of the family! It was a very exciting time for us and our families! On the Gingerich side we had three babies born in the month of October which you can see in the picture I have included. We were so thankful to have Finn in our lives!!!

Thanksgiving was also the first time we went on an extended drive with Finn. We were very happy that he slept the whole way!! Although the second time we headed up north we got off to a rocky start when we found a screw in our tire as we were filling the gas tank! We ended up at the Saturn dealership waiting in the waiting area with Finn and Nash! Fortunatly Saturn worked very quickly and we were back on the road in no time! I think they felt sorry for us for having such a load that they didn't even charge us for the repair! Thanks for the help Saturn!!
